Sieve MK Motion focuses on clients moving and doing so frequently and consistently to meet their psychological and physiological requirements. At it’s core, fundamentals of movement and exercise are revisited with an emphasis on FUN. Applying training methods and principles will help to support you in achieving your goals and enjoying a happier, more active and more fulfilled lifestyle. My personal approach as head coach is for participants to ‘Focus their Energy’. This brings more progress to the individual by concentrating the most attention on the forces which can effect your progress, and importantly, which you can control! The more of each of these sources of energy we can continue to channel, to effectively support in achieving our goals, the more likely success is for the individual.
